Søme is the neoclassical alias of Hamburg-based composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Henning Sommer. With an unconventional background that runs from early jazz piano mentorship to punk and DIY scenes, he developed a genre-fluid writing voice and later added a degree in Philosophy and Literature. Alongside work spanning pop artists, film, and commercial music, Søme kept returning to the piano – leading to his debut EP Small Room Piano Pieces (2022) and subsequent releases that place intimate composition and tone over spectacle.
